What if I have more than 13?

If you have more than 13 in your party, you will have to rent a second yacht to tie up next to each other.

Please note it will be an additional fee, and possibly two meeting locations.

What type of alcohol is included?

All bottles listed on menu. (All Bottles, 750 ML)

What type of food is included?

Based on package you will select your choice of food from any option on menu.

4 Hour Charter, 1 Choice & Fruit Tray

6 Hour Charter, 2 Choices & Fruit Tray, Dessert Platter

8 Hour Charter, 3 Choices & Fruit Tray, Deluxe Dessert, 1 Bottle of Champagne

Limited seafood options for charters before 2 PM.

 

Where will we go?

Captain will ask guests where they would like to go.

Celebrity Houses, Downtown/Skyline, Marine Stadium (a lot of yachts), Halouver Beach (Depending on time & Yacht).

Jet Skis

Jet Ski Deposit: $150 Per Jet Ski (Cashapp/Zelle) Returned once rental is completed.

All packages include either:

1 Hours, (2) Two-Seater Jet Skis

2 Hours, (2) Two-Seater Jet Skis

1 Hour, (4) Two-Seater Jet Skis

2 Hours, (4) Two-Seater Jet Skis

Jet Skis available up until 8pm daily.

**For Everyone they need a jet ski license to drive a jet ski in Florida, if they were born after January 1, 1988. According to the law: You are required to have boater safety education in Florida if you were born on or after January 1, 1988 and you intend to operate a motorized boat with 10 hp or more in the State of Florida.**

Are there any additional fees?

Charter prices include all fees, taxes, gratuities. 

• +4% processing fee if paying by invoice. No fee if paying via Zelle.

• Jet Ski Deposit: $150 Per Jet Ski

• Public Parking: $2 - $6 Per Hour

 

What do we need to bring?

Damion provides; water, mixers, cups, plates, utensils, towels, ice, sodas, juices.

Contact Damion for special requests.

 

What can we do onboard?

You can connect your phone to Bluetooth to play music on yacht.

Smoking allowed only outside.

Water mats available.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms available on all yachts.

Location and Timing

Pickup and Drop-off location will vary based on yacht. Examples: Downtown Miami, Fountainbleau Hotel, South Beach, Coral Gables

For 4 Hour Charters – 12 PM – 4 PM or 4 PM – 8 PM(Sunset)

Most popular days: Saturdays, Sundays

Areas: Downtown (Star Island) Sail around celebrity houses and islands, Halouver (Halouver Beach) Meet up with 100 of yachts for partying.

 

Are children allowed on the boat?

Yes, children are allowed, however they will count as a guest. Please note if you have minors aboard, we require a waiver signature of the guest signing the contract. This waiver prohibits any guests providing alcohol to a minor.

 

Payment Schedules

30+ Days of Charter: Deposit - $1,000 / $1,500 / Half, Remaining balance 2 Payments: 30 Days; 5 Days

Within 30 days of Charter: Deposit - Half, Remaining 3 Days before Charter

Inside 14 days of Charter: Payment due immediately

Holidays: +$500 - $1500

 

Cancellation:

Deposit is non refundable. (Most instances)

Deposit will convert to credit for next booking.
